To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience with QB Hair Designz, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving 15minutes late after your scheduled appointment will result in appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.

 

A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all new clients, and for clients who have not visited the salon in more than six months. This deposit will go toward your services. All clients of the salon must have a credit card on file in order to make an appointment.

 

All permanent color and extension services require a consultation prior to scheduling an appointment. After the consultation, a 50% deposit of permanent color services is required when booking.

 

Twenty-four-hour notification to cancel an appointment is required via salon phone call and/or voicemail. No shows, late arrivals (after the grace period of 15 minutes) and late cancellations (less than 24-hour notice) will result in an automatic charge to the card on file for 100% of the services booked.

 

Cash and all major credit-debit cards are accepted for services and products. Gratuities are also welcomed in cash. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
